Centerpieces That You Can Make

My friend Bev and Matt are recently engaged.  (Congrats Bev & Matt!) While we talk about her wedding planning last weekend, I was inspired by her to write about DIY centerpiece ideas.   When I got married I save a lot of money by making my own floral centerpieces, you can see them here.   Below are some other ideas that I loved, easy to make, and easy for the wallet.

Candles with Plumeria- The bride bought different height of vases from IKEA and she ordered her votive and candles (with 7.5 hrs  burn life) online.  She also ordered her plumeria online through Mokokai Plumerias.  Cost per centerpiece was under $40.

Tall Vase with flowers – Start with tall cylindrical vases filled with water, add flowers, and floating candles. SIMPLE!!

Colorful Fruits – How about add some colors to your tables by displaying a vase full of colorful fruits.

You can find affordable vases at SaveOnCraft.  For flowers, try your local costco or wholesale florist.
